Aurora

Aurora Aksnes (born June 15 1995, at Stavanger) is the name of a Norwegian music producer and a vocalist. Her debut E.P. Running with the Wolves was released by the record label Decca Records in May 2015 and received a lot of praise from music bloggers and the media. She has previously released two top-of-the-line covers Half the World Away by the group Oasis in a commercial for Christmas by John Lewis and Nature Boy by Nat King Cole. Katy Perry posted a video where she was announcing her endorsement of Runaway. It earned her some attention. Celebrate her special day. Aurora Aksnes earliest musical memory is of finding an instrument in her attic and becoming enthralled by the sound it could produce. Jan Oystein Aksnes and May-Britt Aksnes encouraged Aurora to study music, not for a job or a hobby however, as a chance to develop. They encouraged her to compose. Bjork and Leonard Cohen are among her favourite songwriters. She decided to start performing her music in public when her mother said they could help people not be famous with her work, but instead help those around them see the importance of their work and how they can affect the world. She began playing the piano at the age of six, and began making music when she was 9 years old. The family did not know until the age of fourteen. There was no way she could have imagined to turn into Aurora. The only thing she loves is writing songs. For her, music is the best method to experience anything.
